In March a Nashville jury convicted RaDonda Vaught 38 of criminally negligent homicide and abuse of an impaired patient for giving a 75-year-old woman a fatal dose of the wrong medication.
Prior to the sentencing Vaught said that she didnt regret honestly admitting her mistake. Vaughts case became a closely-watched lightning rod for health care. Vaught was sentenced Friday to serve three years probation for her involvement in the death of a Nashville woman five years ago.
